I am in the middle of a horror show outsource job right now. I had someone do 20 articles for me and I knew that I would at least need to do some editing but they turned out so bad that I am practically writing the entire batch of articles over. What a waste of time and money.

it is all trial and error, once you find someone that works out well then keep them.

Are you looking for people to give you actual names of their workers?

I doubt people will share any gems they have found. I know I wouldn't risk someone stealing my employees away.
