POLL: Best offshore domain hoster

Hey, so this poll is about offshore domain hoster for some small illegal stuff, blackhat..

Throughout my search I found a couple of promising hosters and now I want to hear some opinions from you.

You can also suggest hoster if they aren't in the list yet. Would be nice if they accept bitcoins and ofc whois guards.

Not very familiar with all of these but.. if you are going to go illegal you can't go wrong with moniker lol. Recommended
