I think there isn't any good free hosting services but if i had to chose one among thoses, it'be 000WebHost
Anyway when your site/blog is small enough to be hosted in a free hosting service, you can buy a "professional" hosting.
Prices begins around 20$/year for a realy better service, on my opinion, there is no hesitation ^^
