(USA) It's not really for me, I hate politics, but I know someone that could benefit greatly from having a discrete blog where he can post his political rants without getting in trouble at work.
It's perfectly legal so it doesn't have to be offshore, covered by freedom of speech, but I'd like to play it safe enough for comfort.
I would rather have control of it and be the admin, so private registration, reputable host that shouldn't give away names, IPs and so on unless ordered by a court (ain't happening, blog is legal), pseudonym, no addresses, numbers or social info, no ref to personal info...
What advice have you got for me as an admin and him as the blogger?
