Polish Link Networks Hitting My Site

HI everyone ..
My site was attacked by Polish Link Networks .Almost 500 links pointing to my site using main keywords detected using ahrefs every day.My site "Keyword" ( now have 22k links so far ) losing position from 5 to 45 rite now .So scary .I submit google disavow tools already,but Those links stil continuing create backlinks ponting to my site until now .I already check on whois ,looking email contact for asking them stop .But it cannot identify.Anybody have terrible experience with this .PL networks ? and How to escape from them. Appreciated any advise answers.Thanks .

Disavow the links may be your best option at this time. They will stop it sooner or later so you will get your ranking position back, that's at least what happen most often to most of our sites if such shit is happening.

Thanks Ruth,I done disavow already ,no manul action yet .Lost Traffic pretty much.Hope any other way to escape from this.
