Hey people i got that email from ladbrokes, and i have already send them one time id card with a bill and everything was okay .. i make some wins and after that i make a lot of withdraw and deposit and now my poker acc on betfair (where i did the most withdraw and deposit )and ladbrokes are pennding becouse both booki use the same network. I have already send it the email to betfair support and ladbrokes support with my id card and bill (for second time now ...) so do you have any expirience?? ... What are you thinking do i will get my account and money back ??? is that realy only a routine security check ??
