Woah. That much visitors for just hours from launch... You hit the jackpot man.
I want to learn more about that trademark. So we cannot use "PokemonGo" in a domain. Does the rule apply with the word "Pokemon"? Can I register something like "pokemontraining.com"?
ive been telling blackhats to file for TM in china for ages. you can even file western TMs as long as the fucking idiot didnt register it in time himself. which they usually do not. the only caveat is you must stick to .cn domain namesCopyrights and Trademarks are country dependent. In the UK both Pokemon Go and Pokemon are trademarks. I know in China their copyright laws and systems are very complex and often some companies will only hold a trademark for a particular name under a particular type of object. So the Chinese one is very specific while the UK (and I would assume America) are quite broad.

trademarked words lmao, what has this world become to,nobody should be able to own words more then others..fucking psychopaths
My personal advice for you to not to use that domain because POKEMON has their trademark and copyrights. I think It will be a bit mess later once you build up your website! Sell it as soon as possible you can! or else use like this "P0kem0nGo"
