Don't mean to be a party pooper but if you are wanting to cash in you better be quick as the game is dying a death with fans.
Reports suggest that there are 40% less active users on the game and there is now more people uninstalling the app daily than installing it meaning installed userbase are now in decline rather than growing.
Yes, there are still a LOT of people playing and there might be a few weeks worth of milking to be had, but unless they bring out a big update that re-engages bored gamers, then I can't see this being anything more than a 6-12 month fad and a new craze will be out!
Of course, the developer doesn't care...... his app has generated over $150M dollars in the two or so months since its launch!

With the new trading system coming on board. Niantic released t&c's regarding this. It will be global where you trade at the official market place (this is the only thing that could be difficult to co-ordinate around if you can't see who's bid fot your pokemon) and of course with most of these games selling pokemon is banned but I can't see how it can be enforced. You could easily create a buy/sell system.

Resell accounts, people are too stupid to realize that accounts are being botted. You can pick up a level 25 account for 3$ or so. Then sell it offline to people for 50$+ or put it on some local ebay website. Thought about this for a while but can't be bothered to do this really.
yes why not you can earn money from this game, you can visit ninjasbloggers and read pin post.
