With Cloudflare, IP worked to make it perceive differently.

But there is something I overlooked.
The Google Search Console also used one Google ID per domain.

But when I connected to the search console, I used all the same ip.

Wouldn't this be a problem, too?

If you're trying to avoid footprints for whatever what reason, it could be one that should be avoided,
Other than that, you won't be penalized for having multiple geniune websites under the same GSC or multiple GSC logged with the same IPs,
So, unless it's a PBN or you're using the websites for whatever kind of spam, there's nothing to worry about

I'm only registering money in gsc, not pbn.
I'm also using all Google IDs individually.
Then there won't be much risk.

I have managed multiple sites of clients and there's no need to worry for multiple GSC or GA tagged at single IP. So if you're managing a PBN only then you need to cover up your footprints
 
This could lead to ranking penalties if the sites seem to form a network intended for manipulation. Diversifying IP addresses and continuing to use separate Google IDs for each domain are best practices to minimize risk.
 
This shouldn’t cause issues for SEO. Google is more about geo-targeting settings (like hreflang tags).
