POD Journey with no budget

I'm launching this journey in parallel of that one, because I think it's the right time to do it.

The plan :
Build a niche focused POD store (I'll do it on one of my wordpress site related to the niche)
Enroll youtuber into my affiliate program and give them a generous commission
Hire some freelance to build new products

Very simple plan, but I'm confident because of the niche. I've noticed that youtubers in my niche have really strong community with an awesome engagement, and they always like to promote affiliates stuffs in their video.

The difficulty will be to make it very simple for youtubers to become affilliate. Since I don't have to deal with paid ads, I won't care about low margin and I will try to have a lot of affiliates.

Plan B :
I have done a kw research and it's quiet easy to rank the store

Profit : $0
Expenses : $0 (and It must stay at 0)

Following so you are going to contact those Youtubers asking them to insert your affiliate link in the description box?

I always wanted to give this a shot but don't understand what figure they will quote for link insertion

Really depends on the country and financial situation of the YouTuber. I was lucky once, and I paid 200$ for a lifetime link in a guys video description, then that video went viral and got 8m views in 2 years now
