PM noticifcations. Could google look at them? Buy links.

I was just thinking about this. When people sendyou PM's on blackhatworld, you get a email notification. Sometimes in the PM'S people list there websites and prices for each link.

For every pm you send to someone, the other person gets a email notification with the pm info in the email.

A lot of people have gmail.

So is this putting you link services at risk with they have gmail?

Or is that just me being paranoid.

Probably being paranoid...but who truly knows. W130SN brings up a good point about a new backlink strategy, something to look into ;)
 
I would look into using 10minutemail.

I use it all the time.

Gmail has an astronomical number of users and you are just one out of many. The chances of them monitoring you in particular are slim to none.
 
Thanks for a real answer. I appreciate it. I was just paranoid because some other person was hyping it up at a different forum.
 
They aren't going through individual emails like that. But I think that would violate our privacy laws if they were scanning our private emails for that kind of information.
