Ok, so it says i can't PM until i have 15 posts. Does that mean new thread posts or all around posts?

15 posts is a requirement to be able to send pms
it cuts down on spam..ive seen people here from
2009/2010 with 5 posts saying what your saying
now - whats 15 posts? i do that in 2 days
