Hello dear BHW community!
First of all, I want to thank every member of this forum for the amazing work — it’s an impressive platform with tons of valuable information.
I’m about to start my own journey and would really appreciate your guidance and support.
I want to launch a project centered around an NSFW AI model, with the main monetization sources being Fanvue, Patreon, and a Telegram bot.
I should also mention that I plan to operate under a gray-hat model — I’m not sure if this kind of discussion is allowed here, so apologies in advance if it goes against forum rules.
On social platforms where it’s possible to hide the fact the girl is AI-generated, I will do so. On platforms like Fanvue and Patreon, where this is against TOS, I will be transparent.
I’ve read a lot about this topic, but I still want to double-check some of my thoughts with you:
Model Generation
I’m using Stable Diffusion via Google Colab, since I don’t have a strong enough PC to run generations locally.
I’ve trained a custom LoRA to consistently generate the same model visuals.
Content is generated both for daily SFW posts on Instagram & Twitter (X), and NSFW content for Fanvue and Patreon.
I’m also considering integrating NSFW video content. For now, I don't think it fits Instagram Stories or Reels (due to the gray approach and strict moderation), and I’m not sure which tools exist for AI video generation. If you know good ones — please let me know.
Social Media & US Traffic
I plan to use Twitter, Instagram, and Reddit, all set up to target US traffic.
I understand I’ll need things like:
Proxy & anti-detect browser setup
US virtual/mobile numbers
Account warm-up for at least 5 days
Posting at US-peak times with proper geolocation tagging.
If you’ve worked with this — please advise the best approach or proxy providers for this niche.
Regarding traffic and promotion, I still have many questions.
The only method I’m aware of is targeted advertising.
If you know better (or alternative) ways to grow accounts — other than daily posting (I already plan to do that) — please share your insights.
Monetization
Monetization will come from the platforms mentioned above.
But I’m not based in the US, so I’m looking for easy and efficient ways to withdraw funds from Fanvue and Patreon.
If anyone here has experience with that — please share your method or setup.
There’s a lot more I’d love to discuss, but this post is already pretty long.
