its general u can see any comment that is on top ..
its gud because if u have comment on top all the visitors that came to video can see your comment..
for example
if u have any cpa offer linked within your comment on top on any viral video then it means your comment will be seen by all who watched that video.
but spamy comment cannot stay for long..and making a comment on top is hardest these days.
