Plus minus co.cc?

Hey beltsazar, I'm familiar with "co.cc" domains but I'm not quite sure what you mean by plus or minus?
I believe it is 2 domains for "free", but a $10 donation will net you another 100 domains for "free". I'm not positive about the "free" thing tho, I've seen some domains they want to charge up to $253 for (tell me that isn't ridiculous!!).

The positives for co.cc domains are of course they're free, and plus they give you access to DNS controls for your domain (other free ones don't like .net.tc)
The negatives for co.cc domains consist of being hard to remember for some of your visitors (they're used to .com, .net, etc.), their DNS updates take a while and their support is somewhat lacking. Can't expect too much tho.. LoL that's why they're free.
It's one of those "either-or" situations LoL. Good luck with it

They're URL Redirection/Cloaking services that make you look like you have a registered domain, but all it's really doing is cloaking your other domain and displaying your newly picked domain name in the browser window. Hence the reason there are no DNS Controls for you to tamper with! Hope that helps

I was always under the impresion that free domains like .co.cc was always good for landing pages . I.e you can have a bunch of them and it not cost you a thing . Than you can funnel the traffic from the landiing pages to your website . link them to your website for some good old fashion wieght in google . Since you own them all you can have one free domain on one search term . Than another and another have them all linked to your website and that should make for some good ranks after doing this for a while .

i would much rather use do*t.tk. co*cc takes 24 for processing and tk is the best bet. make a blogger blog or any free site and use tk to shorten the url. also many names available. hope i helped. +rep and thanx appreciated
