I was curious to know, what are the MUST HAVE plugins to help your blog rank better / quicker in Google? Do these even exist anymore? Are they worth it?

I remember watching a video that recommended things like Smart Update Pinger, 3rd Level Pagerank Push Plugin, etc. What are some that you must have besides like All-in-one-SEO pack, Google XML...?
