Plugins needed for Dating Blog

Dear BHW'ers

A friend of mine is planning to start coachingsjob full time and i'm going to partner up with him for most back office stuff. Now I'm going to do the stuff on the site mostly although he will also write articles.

We're now making a first set up for how the site should be but I don't know what plugins we need.

We should have some email list building up so we mail them once a week for the new article. Also need something to let people share the information on facebook. Next to that i don't know what it usefull. Do you guys got some tips?
