plugin to see url redirections

is there any good plugin for either firefox or chrome that would let me see and possibly log url redirections? for example if i click on an affiliate link on someone's blog, the plugin could capture the redirection and show it to me, and possibly log it.

does anyone know of any add-on or extension like this?
