Plugin to add images and video automaticall to wordpress post

Hi,
Can any one suggest any plugin that can insert youtube video or images based on post tag etc.
My site has all text content only in post, i wanted this so when i publish any text post to site this plugin should search youtube for post tag and insert youtube embed code to my post automatically.
That would be really helpful if anyone can give some pointers
