Plugin or DB to pull services 'near me' for any keyword

Hello,

I am looking for a plugin or some sort of service that I can utilize on my site that can do the following:

1. Visitor searches for something like 'engine repair near me' in google
2. My site is in SERPs for this KW
3. Visitor clicks on my site
4. And somehow the plugin reads the search query and runs a location-based, KW based search in a DB or something and pops out a list of local businesses.

I need this as my expired domain ranks for a few of these KWs and I would like to monetize the traffic.

Please let me know and I would appreciate it.
