Plugin doesnt have valid header?? what tha?

What does this error message mean? I just installed a new premium theme on one of my sites, and with it, it told me the required plugins. I installed them all. Except one. When I try to install it, I get this message:

"The plugin does not have a valid header"

"Destination folder already exists"

Has anyone else experienced this problem that can help me out?
