PLS help me with a WEB Design sales letter template

Hello,
Recently I am planning to send some emails to different companies to offer them web design or re-design of their actual web site.
The problem is that I am not a native English speaker or writer, and I find very difficult to write sales letters that looks good, catchy and what is most important without grammar errors

Please can anyone from here help me with one or two sales letter templates.
As I said I will offer web site designs or re-designs, and the sales letter should be in this particular category.
I hope that someone from here can help me...

Thnx to everyone for the replies...
I was looking for a simple sale template letter...
Not something very fancy or something to spend some money at, lol, not at this time because I know that if you don't invest on quality it is very difficult to succeed.
I will take a look at SkyRocketSEO advice, and maybe twist this pre made proposal templates a little to my needs.
