I would like to ask somebody to make a video for my software, can anybody advise some good and affordable service in video creating? Thanks.

Used After effect, its very nice video creating software.
 
Have you taken a look at Fiverr? A few days before I saw a gig using whiteboard animation, that could be interesting for you. You didn't say if you want to make a video about showing your software or for marketing it.

You can easily create Video slides by using powerpoint for your business.Create Videos of your own and Share in many Tube sites you can.

Saw that also... but the gig itself wasn't the creation of the video, rather the creation or suggestion of the script, then the creating the whitebaord video itself was (I think) $50 per minute.
 
Fiverr is no the way to go with video creation, as you'll get what you $5 paid for, text and images put into video :)
 
Whats Your Budget looking like?
I can get you a minute of flash video with character.
 
I'll second animoto as you can produce a very professional looking video with just a selection of images and whatever text you want.
You can even upload your own music.
If you want to put a voiceover onto it, you use another software like audacity to merge a narration with an MP3, or you can just upload an mp3 of your voiceover and map it to that.
