PLR is the least...
Start by studying how to make good copy, the copy will depend on your niche. Then buy the PLR. Create a sales page etc, learn traffic. Ah, find a good speaker to narrate your copy.

I suggest you restrict your PLR book usage to list building because if you sell the book as your actual product, you might get plenty of refunds.
So use the PLR book to build up your mailing list and some digital bribe people can get in exchange for signing up for your list.
Once they are on your list, invest in original content to send them updates that they will care about.
Once you have established enough credibility and authority, thanks to your updates, then you can sell them on whatever affiliate products you're pushing or even your own custom products.

Knowing that we really want to know what the structure of selling PLR ebooks in the US is like, should we use a PLR just for lead building? Or is there still a way to make a profit from direct sales?
