(Plimus) Customer Paid $$, I Didn't Get It!!

    I'm new to plimus and I set it up yesterday.

    Yesterday, a Customer paid me using Plimus and has provided me the transaction number and Order # but I have not recieved any money in my Plimus account yet!

    It was $750+ so I am beginning to worry now.

    The customer support hasn't replied since yesterday.

    Anyone who's using Plimus?

    Did the customer get a email saying his order is being reviewed? Sometimes they call the customer to verify the order.

    Log into your Plimus account and talk to their live support.

    The first five purchases of any new vendor are manually reviewed by our security and fraud prevention team. The customers are called and their purchases are verified (for your protection and their's). Once you have five sales, the automatic manual review process turns off and orders are automatically processed.

    This may explain why that purchase is not immediately reflected in your sales totals. As soon as the customer is contacted and the purchase is verified, your account will be updated accordingly.

    If you have any questions regarding this process or your account, contact Vendor Support (can't list the email addy or phone number, per the forum's rules, but you can find them both on the Plimus website).

    It was probably under review as you have a new account with 1 large payment coming in. If you're curious you can always look under traffic stats, it will show paid, payment pending, in review, etc.

    I've been using Plimus a long while and trust them 100%, MUCH better than PayPal I very much doubt they scammed you.
