(Plimus) Customer Paid $$, I Didn't Get It!!

    I'm new to plimus and I set it up yesterday.

    Yesterday, a Customer paid me using Plimus and has provided me the transaction number and Order # but I have not recieved any money in my Plimus account yet!

    It was $750+ so I am beginning to worry now.

    The customer support hasn't replied since yesterday.

    Anyone who's using Plimus?

    Don't worry bro!
    Do the following:
    1- Login to plimus
    2- Hover your mouse over "Orders" menu
    3- Click on "Order Locator"
    4- Type/Paste the transaction number (8 digit normally) in "Reference Number" box.
    5- Hit enter key or scroll down and click on "Locate" button.

    If the transaction number is valid you'll see that transaction status or otherwise you have either wrong transaction number or otherwise the transaction is not placed and your customer/client is bluffing.

    Let me know if it doesn't solve your problem. :)

    They won't have stolen it if you are worried about that. I have used them for so long now, and never had an issue.

    Orders need to be verified by plimus if the user uses suspicious information, e.g different names than the ones on the credit card/paypal account etc. But to the customer it looks like the order has gone through ok.
