Hi, what were you shut down for?
nothing but i hear they are very strict.. cant find explanation or examples of what they are strict in regards to, so i figured id ask
what the hell can you even sell on here? can I use it as a checkout service for my seo company?

For what it's worth, Payoneer doesn't shut down accounts that quickly at all. I've only known of a couple when there was proof of fraud. Either way, we are very reachable in case something happens. About Plimus, I don't actually know.
