Plimus, 2CO? WHICH ONE TO USE?

Alright Guys

I am looking to set up a coaching membership site where people can watch videos, or read manuals inside the members are. I am also based in the UK, but want to offer the payment option in USD. I am wondering if PLIMUS OR 2CO will allow this and of course my type of site? I am not interested in PAYPAL so please don't recommend it as an option, because it isn't an option for me..

We're using 2checkout for a 3-4 years, and we're very satisfied. Startup fee is $49, and users are able to receive money from Paypal and most of the credit cards. Fee is 5.5% + $0.45 per transaction. Their reserve level is 5%, which they'll pay you back after 3 months.

At the moment it's free to join... What do you mean about a 5% reserve limit that I will get back 3 months later??

2checkout is good. You can try Instamojo as well . They don't have any upfront charges & payout every alternate friday i guess. A nice startup.

If i'm not wrong, Plimus has higher monthly sales volume requirement (now a days), and 2checkout is a good alternative (low fee's for people residing in US).

Yes, on each sale 2checkout will reserve 5% for held, which will be released after 3 months, and then you'll be able to withdraw it.
