Pligg - any others

Want to make a site where people can vote things up or down - like hukd.com (most popular things on homepage etc)

I saw Pligg, but is there any others that are good?

Quick read of pligg main info says "encourages visitors to register on your website so that they can submit content" are you also looking for user involvement? I am always a proponent for wordpress so if you want involvement then I would look at buddypress and a plugin called voteitup... "This function is similar to Reddit or Digg, in that visitors can vote for and against". Now I have never used this particular plugin but sounds about right for your application.
