please i need your help, i found out that my external linking sites pointing to my blog keeps reducing in search console what might the reasons. please someone help

They removed the links or the pages hosting them got de-indexed.

Usually PBN links will index fast & show in search console. Suppose if you got any PBN links then check whether those links still live or not.

It's very normal the backlink counts keep on decreasing. You are building links on someone's website. No guarantee they keep your link for a long time. So you should keep building links everymonth.

This is the answer.... well, most likely.
Also, google doesn't show every single link pointing at your site in GSC.
