I have tried multiple cards tried switching from Canada to USA but nothing works for me everytime it says please verify payment method.
The error is for Pinterest ads.

Country doesn't matter if you use bitcoin. Then you can transfer the money to the country account you want to withdraw ... I think it is best to use BTC for transfer.

You should use bitcoin for money transfer between countries. I mean, convert your money to bitcoin then transfer to your other country account. I think bitcoin is the best money transfer between countries
 
I'm sorry I read it wrong, I thought there was a transfer problem between the USA and Canada. :) I am so sorry
 
Pinterest could a pain in the ass

Payment is always a big issue

If your need is urgent

You may need get a real card..seems you have been trying a prepaid card

It is not a prepaid card that's the issue.
 
It may have something to do with the IP you're sitting on, some cards, transactions can not be completed on proxies, VPNs etc

Maybe because my card is of Canada while my IP isn't of Canada

Some networks aren't considered private and some banks block the transaction. If you`re in Canada set up another business account on your local IP repin the pin from you main account and promote it that way. You can promote other pins, the pin doesn't have to be linked to the account..

Unsure if other people have experience in promoting Pins but Pinterest will not go over the set PPC, so if you`re paying .10 per click through you will get 100 site clicks for 10$, you`ll need to convert the right amount to get a ROI, good luck.

BTW they support fixed it was issue at their end.
