Write a original article from a high DR, site:xxx.com/xxx has found the site
find one or two sentences from the content on the website to search,
but this site has no results on the SERPs :(

He means that he wrote an article on a high authority site which rank for some keywords, but doesn't come up in SERP when you search for a 2 sentence quote from the article.
