No, as this is YOU offering a service outside the MP rules and exploiting the HAF section to get business. Its for people who genuinely want to advertise for a freelancer.

What you are maybe looking for is a JV which requires approval, and where not just JRvip can respond, but others.

As @Panther28 and @TaMNoNa mentioned, this would not be appropriate for the Hire a Freelancer section.

This proposal is closer to a Joint Venture or Affiliate Program setup.

In a JV, two parties collaborate for mutual benefit.

JVs on the forum require approval with a minimum post count of 50 and an account age of 30 days.

Once approved, any member, not just Jr. VIPs, can participate.

If this arrangement fits, please review the JV rules and apply there.

For the Affiliate Programs section, your post idea aligns with an affiliate model but needs adjustments.
