Hello everyone,
I will write here my situation so if someone can help me, I would be very thankful. Every advice is highly appreciated!
I need direct referrals for the best PTC site - Neobux. I am ready to pay approximately 0.2$ for each direct referral, is that possible/achievable in your opinion? Is there any site that can bring traffic for that low price? I need Geo target traffic from Philippines, just Philippines, not other countries. I need only traffic from computer/laptop, traffic from mobile phones or tablets are worthless to me.

What do you think about my site? I created complete video tutorial and everyone should understand how to register.
PS. This is not advertising my site, I just want to hear opinion, is it good or not for advertising?
Btw. this is a website which is getting hundreds of direct referrals every day! I don't know is it possible to see from where all these quality traffic come from?

I tried Clicksor.com with CPV advertising, but it did not bring any results. I will try CPC, hope this will give better results.
I tried Bidvertiser 2 years ago and it gives solid results, but I am looking for better results.
SiteScout.com looks perfect to me, but the problem is 500$ minimum deposit, I would really pay 500$ for that advertising, but it is too risky for me to lose that much money. Maybe it is perfect and 10 times better than any other advertising site, but it is really too much for me :/
These are sites that I am looking to try, what do you think?
