First of all you can write a unique article for your blog & try tire 1 and tier 2 links. If you want to buy any links you can post on HAF section, only upgraded/sellers can replay in the section.

Relevant PBNs and Guest posts will not alone going to bring organic traffic. You should focus on On-Page SEO as well. Try to keep your website with more updated and informative articles and get active on social medias.
