guys pls suggest some Tool to convert webpage from wayback machine to html code so that i can copy it to my server.

Right click page... Save As...

Other than that, I don't know.

macdonjo3 is right. You can save the webpage on to your desktop, but if you mean something that will strip out the top banner. Well, you're going to have to do that yourself. So, just save it and then open it in an html editor, strip the top, save, and you're done.
