WordPress? You can use post type and post meta for each movie details.

I suggest WP because it has the biggest resources available, it will be easier for you to further customize the site when needed.

Yes, but i will have maybe 10000 or 15000 pages. Every single page for every subtitle... And every page will be with movie revue. I expect more than 10000 unique page views every day. And for that i wonder, is it WordPress the right platform ?

10k views per day would be no big deal for wordpress. Wordpress is designed to be handling a lot more than that.

Wordpress would be just fine for what you are looking for. Both incase of scalabiliy and design, and user friendliness.

    Go for it.

I agree that Wordpress would be ideal. The subtitles wouldn't necessarily need to be on pages as their database functionality is phenomenal. They have tons of themes and plugins that are ideal for what you are looking for. I would take a look at wordpress themes that are recommended for your style of site on Youtube to see what is the most recommended. Google usually has tons of lists for these as well. As a builder of over 100 Wordpress Sites, I can assure you that the platform can handle whatever you throw at it.
