Please suggest me a method to build WordPress file downloadable web site

I tried, all download manageable plugins but any of them didn't work, all are crashed when I upload 500-1000 files and downloading not worked properly,
I tried, WordPress download monitor, easy download manager, etc please suggest me a stable method. i want to track all files, secure download

Steps to Create A Download Page in WordPress :

Step 1: Install and Activate Download Monitor. In your admin area go to Plugins and then click Add New..
Step 2: Configure Download Manager.
Step 3: Create downloads.
Step 4: Create a download page.
