The Ollie block theme is quite fast and sleek. And it is free too.

The Ollie theme is quite a good theme to check.
I would recommend to use a new blocks theme, as it's future proof and it will be the new default for WordPress.
If you don't want to use Ollie theme, please have a look at Spectra One as it's designed by the team of Astra Pro and it's really lightweight to use.
