Please suggest hosting for my specs

my site is getting around 500 unique visitors and around 1k pageviews daily.i have 8 websites that constitute this.
currently my all site is hosted on 1 vps hosted by bluevmdotcom
but sometimes i got 500 internal server error wen i visit my site.
i am paying 72$ for a year for this 512mb ram kvm vps.
but this vps hosting is not reliable.
i need to solve this matter asap as my website traffic is increasing day by day.
Please tell me reliable way where can i host all my sites and how much does it cost.
