Friends please suggest me any light cms easy to use and look beautiful. I wanna create a blog. my another site running on wordpress.

You can go with Wordpress again. Mostly Wordpress users won't go with other cms like Joomla and Drupal.
If you want to try different one, then Joomla will be good option.

Wordpress is typically the best choice, there is just too much value with all the infrastructure and plugins built around it.

Every CMS has own pros/cons and fans as well, but for blogs Wordpress is choice #1 for most of the bloggers. Should be a reason for that.

If i were you , i will stick to Wordpress but if you really need to go with other one then drupal is a good alternative .

I think wordpress is the best choice for you if you already have one website on this cms.

Hello

You can also use pluxml can working without mysql database and very light.
Your can easily find this CMS by searching pluxml on google.

Wordpress is still your best shot, but if you're new to it it can be all about the theme you chose and the you handled the website, just do a little research while building your site, research on how to make your site fast to load, optimizing conversion rate, being seo friendly ...
