Massplanner is the best tool and doesnt leave a footprint when you post!

Wanted to suggest Mass Planner as well, seems I got beat to the punch though Yes, you can use it to post to as many groups as you want, you need to be careful not to look like spam though as facebook has tightened their asses even more lately
