Please someone help about this channel problem

Guys I already asked about this but here we go again, not many people answered there and this is kinda updated.
I have monetized youtube channel that gets not views. I have 10k subs.
This is gaming channel since start but some videos went viral and that caused my channel to drop in views because many people subed for viral videos which i was not able to recreate. now i have bunch of people who dont like my videos. Anyway, I tried to change niche twice and every time I change nitche it gets worse. Before i changed niche i was getting 100$ a moth with 80k views. Now i dont get views on that channel at all since my subs kill the video after 5 minutes because that ignore it. Is there any way to fix this? I mean how you buy monetized channel and make it good? i realised from other my channels that you need to keep one niche if you want views otherwise people that watch you kill video by not clicking on it...
What would you do? btw I tried to get browse views on that channel targeting viral memes about video games which looks imposible sicner videos are killed the moment I publish them. on each new video now i get 0.5% ctr from browse, even less from notifications, all views comes from search, but views are low, right now 100 views in 2 days berly. any suggestions what would you do with that kind of channel?

ok heres a secret many peope dont tell you.

let me tell you a few things.

1. changing niche does not mean permanent damage to your channel nor is it stuck to that niche forever.
it can always be adapted to new niche.
2. subs dont matter anymore on youtube (although it counts towards channel authority).
it depends on individual video performances.
3. every topic on your channel starts getting ranked later on by the total views and watchtime and engagment, whatever that topic collected.
this is known as topic authority.
and this is why subs dont matter.
and youtube recommendations depends on that topic authority , which you collected on your channel.

now when you change your niche, you need to grind for long(could take a few weeks or months) until you collect enough views on that topic, to build authority.
once that is done, you will blow on that topic.
therefore your channel will re-explode.

there are people who farm yt at pro level mode.
like the guys from vietnam.

these are some of the secrets they wont tell you.
i have cracked most of them and will reveal things here from time to time.

so no, you dont have a dead channel.
it can always be revived with botting tricks,trend videos or grinding.

What about change the name of the channel. Does it affect the view or search ?

Thank you a lot. You have no idea how much I appreciate your help and your time to answer me.
I will share with you analythics in last two days on monetized channel and on two new channels that I created.
On monetized channel I cant get 100 views.... On both new channels I get a lot of views, browse views. New channels are different niches but I tryed both niches on monetized channel, was trying maybe month with each niche.

It kind of sounds like your problem falls under ”How do I properly rebrand a channel?”

I have a handful of experience in this.

1. I actually post a video ASKING subscribers to unsubscribe to the channel if they re not interested in the time of content that I’m going to post. I let this set and simmer for about 1-2 weeks or so.
2. During this time, I also post multiple community board posts asking people to unsubscribe if they’re not interested in the new type of content I ll be posting on that channel.

While saying this @YoutubeGodFather makes a really good point. Subscribers aren’t the most effective thing to your channel. As a new channel, the BULK of your views are gonna come from non subscribers anyways!
