Well by reading your post, it seems that paypal already said that your prepaid card is not accepted to get payments to your account.

So the answer is no, you can't use your Payza card.

paypal is kinda not liking payza, as one of my clients is from tunisia and he tried 4 different payza accounts with many different private proxys to no avail .

You need to buy a VBA.
