Hello -
I've been reading ebooks and watching videos on the 'astonishing secrets of the big internet money makers' for the last couple weeks and am ready to pursue an idea I've been baking for a while. I like to know the basics of something before I jump into it, hence the info overload.
Most of what I've read and watched always tell you to cover your tracks and they talk about IP switching, email, etc... I believe that this is true and I work backwards from everything I do to see if there is a break in the chain between what I'm working on and myself. Not that I'm doing anything illegal or stupid, just to cover my ass. I have offshore hosting and domain registration. None of the scripts or anything I have bought have been with anything but a prepaid card. Hence, I'm doing everything I can, until I become a true 'guru' to help cover my tracks.
Like everyone says tho...follow the money. I do have a paypal account I use to sell my ebooks, but I don't really think paypal seems the best way to go when it comes to accepting payment from 'high risk' sources. What is the preferred method for this? What does every/anyone use besides paypal for payments from credit cards and ad programs?
I really am not paranoid, trust me! I just like to know that I've done what I can with the resources available to me to keep me under the radar.
