Please show me how SOI Registration Work!

For SOI registration, CPA network will pay you $0.1 to $3 or more....
I think its simple, but i only got 3 lead from 3800 unique click,,, fu*k yeah....

My question:
Are every free signup will be paid? Or need quality check by adv/network

Are SOI registration is Free signup/complete registration only, or need more action like CC submit or other action to counted as PAID?

Please explain me what actually SOI reg is...?

In theory it should convert when someone enter their email. However, if the advertiser already have that particular email or his filters don’t like something, it won’t convert.

So, the problem is on adv, or shave by network.
I ask for my friend (10) to complete the offer, they are come from unique IP , device and residance, all of them not converted as lead. This is such....

It’s scrubbing from advertiser part. Like i said, they probably had your friend’s info or something triggered their filter. You can ask your aff manager, if the advertiser already have the email they won’t pay. Simple as that
