My facebookpage with 24k likes was unpublished. My appeal was denied. I restarted the page and obviously have lost all of my fans.

I know the suggest and edit trick was closed.. But are there any other solutions?

Is there anyway to transfer my fans over? Merge pages? Re-publish? AAnything at all? I will pay for assistance.

Any good way to get a lot of real targeted fans cheaper than Facebook ads?

Wasn't marketing or soliciting anything. pictures were reported. No gore or porn.. I guess bullying? It was a satirical page that showcased furries, bronies etc

if only admin's can see it you are screwed, if it's only news feed blocked it can be saved easily

Now days facebook is very strict so I don't think so that you will get even 5k of real targeted persons very easily and at less price.

Let me be the one to break the news to you gently, you have lost your page and you are not going to get it back. You have no chance and are best off starting again, rather than wasting your time attempting to get it back. Facebook must receive millions upon millions of support emails each day, and the likeliness of them answering yours is like winning the lottery.
