Good suggestion by all the members here, so I would not bother for more, but, do make some kind of data scrapper to scrap the data initially. Looks odd with all those 0 member categories.

Make a php script to scrape data from other classified websites. Run it in a cron. If you need a good php class for handling scraping, then google "Simple HTML DOM". New versions of PHP has an in-built class for scrapping too, but I have never really used it..
