Simple, easy. The social buttons in the sidebar stick out a bit too much on the left though. They would look nicer inside that blue box above them.
The descriptions for the ads could also be a bit taller, space them out vertically. Maybe also remove the default image box, so it does not appear unless a user has uploaded an image for his ad.
Change "Man" and "Woman" to "Male" and "Female".
"Relation Type" should be "Relationship Type".
Remove "Lower price first | Higher price first" in the personals.
Space the social buttons out in the footer, they are too close together and some are different sizes.

Pune is a great city in India, now very developed especially due to the IT field boom, but has cultural and historical importance and background. Has a very pleasant climate and is a nice tourist place. Pune is located about 190 Kms. away from Mumbai, the capital city of the state of Maharashtra in western part of India.
Forgot to mention that it is also a great educational center.

BTW, Pune is seventh largest city of India which is close to Mumbai...

Looks good. But you'd need to make it a bit more aesthetic looking.
What I'd do is change the background color of the category titles, something like light blue or light orange.
The same with the drop down element in the search box. Make it as easy on the eyes as possible.

Glad you cleared up what Pune meant...
Its a nice clean look...probably too simple but you can work on that... Its not hard to put up a classifieds site but getting it populated with listings is the real job. I presume you are going to scrape other classifieds to get it going ?
I would also change your slogan from "we make you find" to "we help you find" or something different.

Thanks and will consider the theme color change. BTW I am not a website developer so I tried to change color on same but hmm I have to look carefully..
