Please review my blog !! How is the design ??

The design is nice but your blog has no PR.
What's the name of theme you are using?
 
You can use :Simple Social Buttons WP plugin. it is free but there is only Facebook, G+ and Twitter.
for the PR, irt is not big deal for the ranking.
 
I like the design. But at the first view it wasn't clear about which topic this blog is.
You could add a slogan or something to the header. ( As there is much whitespace for now )
 
Too many graphics at the top. As someone said already it takes a while to guess what the site is about. I would move the logo iAppneto under the menu bar and add some text saying what the site is above. I would remove the 3 images running underneath the menu bar completely. It is too cluttered with them especially as you have a slider block under those 3 and then another 3 images under that too.
 
You are wasting a bit of space in the header.Reduce the size of the logo to some extent.
 
Too much negative space. Also it is a bit wide for a 1024x768 monitor; requires some horizontal scrolling.
 
try to put some background on iappneto logo with low opacity...a background that signifies your site...:D
 
what is the theme? found it its a repro theme

It loads fairly quickly, which is good. It is just a basic blog but it looks fine. You might want to think of more exciting ways to attract visitors.
 
Can someone provide an example blog for reference ? Also how much does it cost to prepare such a blog ?
